Sprint Trading s.r.o., with its registered office at Koksární 1096/10, Přívoz, 702 00 Ostrava, Company ID: 25361040, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 15077 (hereinafter referred to as “Sprint Trading”), processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.

1. Personal Data Controller
The Data Controller is the entity that, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of your personal data. Typically, this will be the company to which you provide your personal data.

3. Purpose of Personal Data Processing
The purpose of personal data processing based on your marketing consent is:
- To offer products and services provided by Sprint Trading s.r.o. and through cooperating third parties;
- Marketing processing of personal data – processing of personal data that precedes the actual use of the information. This includes statistical and mathematical analyses aimed at gaining insight into client behavior and estimating their future behavior or commercial potential, as well as client profiling, various segmentations, reporting, etc. Processing can be both manual and automated;
- To perform analysis and profiling to tailor the offer of services to your needs.
The legal basis for such processing of personal data is the consent we have received from you.

Your personal data comes from various sources. Most personal data is provided directly by you for the purpose of properly identifying you as a client within the framework of agreed marketing services. Some personal data is obtained from publicly available sources, such as public lists and registers, internet applications, and from cooperating third parties.
5. Recipients or Categories of Recipients of Personal Data
The data controller is the guarantor of the protection and proper processing of your personal data for marketing purposes, in accordance with the law. Controllers may use processors for data processing. A personal data processor is any entity that processes personal data based on a specific law or with the authorization or empowerment of the controller. In these cases, the same protection of your data is guaranteed by contract and by law as is provided by Sprint Trading s.r.o. Such organizations process personal data based on a contract concluded with us and according to our instructions.
Your personal data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients:
- Public administration entities and state authorities, if permitted by law.
- Third parties involved in ongoing or potential legal proceedings, or such third parties that help us enforce or defend our legal rights. For example, we may share information with our legal or other professional advisors.
- Sprint Trading s.r.o. to the extent to which you have given us consent or where required by law.
6. Period for which Your Personal Data Will Be Retained
You grant marketing consent to Sprint Trading s.r.o. only once, and it remains valid and effective for the duration of the contractual relationship and the following 5 years, or until you withdraw your consent.
If you do not become our client (i.e., no contractual relationship is established with Sprint Trading s.r.o.), your consent will be valid for 5 years from the date it was granted. After the expiration of the validity and effectiveness of the consent, your personal data will be deleted or processed only to the extent and for the purposes for which consent is not required by legal regulations.
When handling personal data, we apply the principle of minimization, which means that once the period for which we are obliged to retain your personal data expires, your personal data will be anonymized in our databases and information systems. At Sprint Trading s.r.o., we have strict internal privacy rules in place that ensure that data is not retained longer than we are authorized or obligated to.
7. Rights of the Data Subject
You have the right to request access to your personal data, their modification, deletion, or restriction of their processing and transfer.
In the event that your data is processed based on your granted consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, to the extent to which it was granted, without affecting the legality of the processing during the period of validity before this withdrawal.
Furthermore, you have the right to data portability in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and you have the right to transfer this data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to whom the personal data was provided. Please note, however, that such other controller is not obliged to accept this data.
You are entitled to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes and to automated processing. Marketing consent is voluntary and you can withdraw it at any time from Sprint Trading s.r.o. The refusal to grant consent or its withdrawal has no consequences for your contractual relationship with Sprint Trading s.r.o. or for the use of its products and services for which this consent is not necessary.
You can withdraw your consent in person at any branch of Sprint Trading s.r.o. In the event of consent withdrawal, we will assume that you no longer wish us to process your personal data for marketing purposes, not even on the basis of any previously granted marketing consents or any specific marketing consents. These potential further marketing consents will therefore also be considered withdrawn.
If you find or believe that we are still processing your personal data in violation of the protection of your privacy or valid legislation, you have the right to request an explanation or you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
